The Gund Company is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator to protect employees across our manufacturing locations. You’ll partner with the Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in safety or a related field and 2–4 years of EHS experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to help make

Responsabilités

• Partner with Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to elevate safety culture across the organization.
• Identify risks before incidents and champion safety programs.
• Investigate incidents and uncover root causes to prevent future occurrences.
• Analyze safety trends and help develop continuous improvement strategies.
• Support safety reviews for new equipment, processes, and facility changes.
• Deliver training and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
• Influence positive behaviors and build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll partner with our Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen and elevate our safety culture across the organization. You'll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping identify risks before they become incidents while championing programs that make our workplaces safer, healthier, and more efficient.

Your impact will include:

• Driving proactive safety initiatives and employee engagement
• Leading facility safety inspections and identifying improvement opportunities
• Investigating incidents and uncovering root causes to prevent future occurrences
• Analyzing safety trends and helping develop continuous improvement strategies
• Supporting safety reviews for new equipment, processes, and facility changes
• Delivering training and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards
• Influencing positive behaviors and helping build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility

What You’ll Bring

• Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation
