You will monitor compliance, perform risk assessments, train staff, and help integrate EH&S into daily plant operations while driving continuous improvement in environmental and occupational safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant EH&S experience.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada; visa support not available.

Responsibilities

• Executes EH&S programs following established processes and industry best practices.
• Ensures environmental, health, and safety standards are integrated into plant operations.
• Acts as a resource for plant staff on EH&S insights and compliance information.
• Serves as the designated contact for environmental and industrial hygiene concerns.
• Trains and supports teams in implementing EH&S protocols.
• Works toward achieving EH&S performance indicators and goals.
• Ensures completion of safety and regulatory compliance activities.
• Conducts environmental and industrial hygiene assessments including monitoring and reporting.
