Job summary

HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced EH&S professional in Washington for a full-time role. The candidate will bring 7+ years of EH&S experience across multiple programs, with strong leadership and project management skills.

You will develop site-specific compliance programs, lead HS audits, and mentor teams while coordinating with clients and regulators. A BS in Health and Safety or related field is required along with excellent communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EH&S.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA/EPA and other regs.

Responsibilities

• Project management: scoping, planning, budgeting, coordinating work.
• Personnel management and mentorship.
• Review documents for technical accuracy and presentation.
• Develop site-specific EH&S compliance programs.
• Lead HS audits/inspections and corrective actions.
• Develop and coordinate SOPs and training programs.
• Manage hazardous waste programs and regulatory liaison.
• Conduct job safety analyses and incident investigations.

Education

BS in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or similar
