Worthington Steel is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead environmental, health and safety processes at its Valley City, OH facility. You will promote safety awareness and prevent incidents while ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related standards.
The role focuses on hazard recognition, training, audits and continuous improvement through ISO 14001 and 45001, partnering with plant leadership and Corporate EH&S to drive best practices.
Join our team as an EH&S Manager. This position has primary responsibility for managing the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) processes for TWB's Valley City, OH facility. They promote EH&S awareness with an emphasis on preventing incidents and protecting the environment. EH&S is responsible for recognizing and assessing hazards in the workplace and recommending corrective measures. They work with plant personnel and Corporate EH&S to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and the implementation of best practices. They manage internal EH&S systems and complete required reports and notifications. They also conduct EHS training and coaching as necessary.
