Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day safety on a major data center project in West Valley Phoenix, AZ. This on‑site role ensures OSHA compliance, elevates safety performance, and maintains a proactive safety culture in mission‑critical environments.

The ideal candidate has strong construction safety expertise, electrical safety focus, and leadership ability, with 5+ years in the field. On‑site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 510 Certification required.
• Experience in electrical safety and data center construction preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA 510 standards and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and training across all site activities.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals.
• Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments for compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive actions.
• Maintain safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs.
• Collaborate with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulators to advance safety.
• Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work.

Job Summary

Loenbro Industrial Services is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to provide day‑to‑day safety leadership on a major data center project in West Valley Phoenix, AZ. This management‑level role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, elevating safety performance across site operations, and maintaining a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong construction safety expertise with a focus on electrical systems and mission‑critical environments.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Enforce Loenbro’s safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals.
• Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Lead incident and near‑miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts.
• Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 510 Certification required.
• Experience in electrical safety and data center construction (strongly preferred).
• Deep knowledge of OSHA510 standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
• Ability to travel periodically as needed.

Preferred

• CHST certification
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
