Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in EH&S or related field.
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
• A working knowledge of EH&S regulations and reporting required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage EH&S compliance for Crown domestic manufacturing and branch operations.
• Develop EH&S programs, audit facilities, and complete regulatory mandates.
• Develop and conduct training programs for employees and assist in internal EH&S programs.
• Conduct EH&S audits of company facilities.
• Monitor, prepare regulatory reports and coordinate EH&S programs including wastewater, stormwater, air emissions and hazardous waste.
• Complete environmental permit applications for company facilities.
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, managers, and executives to address EH&S issues.
• This position requires travel (15%) and requires a self-starter able to complete projects with minimal supervision.
