Job summary

The YMCA of Central Texas in Waco is seeking an EGYM Coach for a part-time role focused on introducing and guiding members through the new EGYM program. You will onboard members, promote EGYM packages, and connect with guests to grow participation.

Responsibilities include training on EGYM and fitness equipment, leading Teens in Training, and maintaining a welcoming, clean fitness area. Prior fitness experience is required.

Qualifications

• Fitness experience or certified personal trainer required.
• Strong relationship and customer service skills.
• Background in health and wellness.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Enforce fitness floor rules and policies.
• Assist in cleaning and tidying the fitness area.
• Recruit/Sell EGYM packages.
• Responsible for EGYM success.

• Help coordinate and implement EGYM events.
• Meet and greet members and guests.
• Attend EGYM training provided by YMCA of Central Texas.

EGYM Coach.

The Greater Waco YMCA has a part time opportunity for an EGYM Coach. We are seeking an energetic and motivated fitness rock star! This person will enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and will help guide members through the EGYM experience. The successful candidate will be available to work varied hours to connect with all of our members and guests. The EGYM Coach will focus on the all new EGYM program. They will implement the EGYM member onboarding, communicate and follow up with members. The EGYM Coach will also meet and greet YMCA members and guests to promote the new EGYM program.

• Train members in using EGYM equipment and other fitness equipment
• Lead Teens in Training Course

Pay Rate: $18.33- $21.99
