Cobb in Pineville, MO is hiring for an entry-level poultry associate to care for flocks and collect eggs in the Ped Sister/Super Sister houses. The shift is 1ST SHIFT on Sundays through Wednesdays, with pay starting at $18 per hour plus differential for evenings, nights and weekends.

Candidates must have at least 12 months of work history with no large gaps in the last 3 years, and must reside in the United States. Benefits start on day one of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no employment gaps >6 months in the past 36 months.
• If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
• Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
