Job summary

Pilgrim's in Athens, GA is seeking a motivated team member to support daily hatchery operations. You will pull eggs from incubators, load buggies, transfer eggs, and assist with setters to maintain production flow.

This role requires good hand–eye coordination, the ability to read numbers and colors, and physical stamina for standing, lifting, and bending. Zoetis certification is provided after training, and appropriate protective equipment is supplied.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to read numbers and colors.

Responsibilities

• Pull eggs from incubators and load into buggies.
• Load eggs onto transfer table and assist setters.
• Complete QC cycles and checks.
• Clean setter floors, halls and hatch areas.
• Back up egg setters as needed.
• Clean transfer tables and egg hopper area.
• Discard eggs into vacuum system daily.
• Organize setter halls and egg rooms.
• Perform other duties to support production demands.
