You will supervise staff, analyze data, prepare reports, and apply applicable regulations. The position emphasizes attention to detail, reporting, and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience grading eggs.
• Experience in preparing and writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of eggs.
• Perform physical examination of the products and apply appropriate grade designation.
• Resolves issues of non-compliance with sanitation and quality control.
• Analyzes, summarizes, and reviews data; reports findings, interprets results, and makes recommendations.
• Maintains detailed inspection or investigation records, prepares reports, and attends to other related administrative requirements.
• Interprets, clarifies, explains, and applies agency policy and procedures, business practices, federal or state laws and regulations, etc.
