Versova is seeking a Processing Plant Manager in Mt Victory, Ohio. You will oversee all processing plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while managing staff and inventories.

You will drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, maintain budgets, and lead audit readiness. The role requires leadership experience in food production and strong regulatory knowledge.

Competenze

• 4+ years of leadership in food processing/manufacturing.
• Experience with USDA or other regulatory agencies.
• Strong documentation and written procedures skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform all duties.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

• Manage egg and packaging inventories for optimal stock levels.

• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance with FDA, USDA, DNR, EPA, SQF, GMP.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on goals and efficiency.
• Serve as the main contact for regulatory bodies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
