Responsibilities

• Pack eggs into cartons according to the daily order sheet.
• Ensure eggs are clean and undamaged; remove broken eggs.
• Maintain a clean work area; follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Monitor packing line and report issues to supervisor or manager.
• Verify date stamps and USDA seal on cartons; ensure correct markings.
