Job summary

SHAZAM in Des Moines, IA is seeking an EFTI Conversion Coordinator to support customer onboarding and conversion projects by coordinating implementation activities, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors.

Working closely with Conversion Specialists, you will ensure successful project execution and deliver a positive customer experience throughout the conversion process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role.
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or payments industry preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and network conversion projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate project activities, documentation, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist Conversion Specialists with meeting coordination, minutes, status tracking, task management, and updates.
• Review and process project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Serve as a resource for customer and vendor configuration setup and questions during conversions.
• Monitor deliverables and identify risks, gaps, or process improvements.
• Assist with issue resolution, research, and post‑conversion verification activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and update internal databases and systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to departmental procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

What we’re looking for:
