Position: General Production - Packer/Tender (All Shifts) - Evansville, IN

Position Summary:

In this role, you will perform packing functions, inspect products for quality, and package according to work instructions.

Key Duties Include:

• Removing finished parts from machines
• Following operating procedures of machinery
• Inspecting parts for quality (fill, fusion, post expansion, etc.)
• Ensuring proper packaging and labeling
• Maintaining accurate counts per container
• Performing cleanup operations
• Completing required paperwork
• Participating in 5S/PPS activities
• Other duties as assigned

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to use hands and fingers for assembly
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 20 pounds
• Ability to pull up to 15 pounds
• Frequent squatting, kneeling, bending, and stooping
