Working from home is voluntary and the ability to work in the office is available.## Job Description* Troubleshoot and support all customers via phone with website questions/issues* Data entry, setup of web sites and proof site content* Research and register URL’s, scan artwork, logos and custom images from a variety of sources* Assist in communicating changes and updates to the Online program to Teleflora Staff* Ability to modify code in HTML format* Assist with daily Departmental operations as required* Additional duties as needed## Qualifications* Experience working with hospitality industry, travel related work or public relations work* Previous floral shop or related industry experience preferred* Previous experience creating/designing web sites and graphic design skills preferred* Strong written, verbal, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential* Familiarity and experience with the Internet and websites required* Basic knowledge of MS-Word and Excel required, HTML experience preferredSay everything and share your "Love Out Loud" with the gift of Teleflora flowers—all made by hand and delivered by hand by your local florist.
