Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a Picker II to assist in the warehouse, pulling orders accurately and staging items for delivery. You will manage pick tickets, verify item numbers, quantities, and quality requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating handling equipment, meeting a picking quota of 160 cases per hour, collaborating with teammates, following GMPs and SOPs, and supporting other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and clean,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages pick ticket orders. Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for delivery.
• Picking quota is 160 cases per hour. Accuracy and efficiency will be monitored daily/weekly.
• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
• Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Must keep pace with work area and team.
• Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
• Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Rules and Policies.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.
