Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and verifying product information.
• Willingness to collaborate with coworkers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations for counting, sorting, and verifying inventory quantities.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the ability to operate equipment safely.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred but not required. Onthejob training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Locate and select correct items from designated storage areas using order sheets, picking lists, or digital systems.
• Accuracy: Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions against order documentation.
• Efficiency: Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Document stock movements, report discrepancies, and participate in cycle counts.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
• Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
