Job summary

NFI is seeking a Material Handler in the United States (Baytown, TX) to move materials, supplies, and finished goods safely and efficiently within the facility and onto trucks. The role includes packing, labeling, inventory checks, and general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized workplace.

Responsibilities involve loading/unloading, using RF scanners for inventory accuracy, participating in cycle counts, and ensuring shipments meet requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Experience with RF scanning devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and goods manually or with a hand truck within the facility.
• Load finished product onto pallets or hand trucks.
• Stack skids or pallets in storage or staging areas.
• Picks and packs customer orders for shipment.
• Apply labels to shipments according to requirements.
• Process orders including picking, sorting, consolidating, wrapping, packing and loading.
• Verify freight accuracy and check for damage or infestation.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
• Use RF scanning devices to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following housekeeping and safety standards.
