Job summary

The role requires reliability, safety focus, and attention to detail, with a flexible schedule across several shifts. Prior forklift certification is a plus. Training will be provided when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Prior forklift certification is a plus; recertification may be required to meet company standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to load/unload materials from trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Build, stack, and organize pallets for storage and transport.
• Move pallets and goods throughout the facility and load/unload pallets manually or with equipment.
• Inspect pallets for damage and manage recycling or disposal as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work area and follow company safety policies.
• Assist with inventory management, quality control, and general warehouse duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
