Job summary

NCH in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Loader Associate (Stock/Freight) to support the shipping and receiving team. You will unload inbound freight, load stock into trailers, verify manifests, and maintain a safe, organized loading dock.

The role requires forklift experience, basic inventory systems proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of warehouse exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, loading, or stock experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow load safety protocols.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently unload incoming freight from delivery trucks and trailers.
• Strategically load outgoing stock into trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify shipping manifests against the physical inventory being loaded.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock area.
