Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Elloree, SC to support distribution center shipping and receiving. You will be responsible for moving product accurately and safely, palletizing orders, and operating pallet jacks and forklifts as part of a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires high school education, distribution experience, and equipment certification where applicable; candidates must be able to perform pre-operative checks and maintain safety and sanitation

Qualifications

High School Education required.
Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment.
Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable.
Able to use a personal computer for data entry and research purposes.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Complete all documents related to shipping and receiving tasks.
Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food and dairy orders for shipment to retail stores accurately.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform pre-operational checks of equipment per policy.
Maintain clean work area and follow sanitation practices.
Suggest process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
