RANDYS Worldwide is seeking a hardworking warehouse associate for our distribution center in Texas. You will pull and ship orders, stock shelves, and assist with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working on 1st shift, and collaborating with a team to ensure accurate, on-time orders. Basic computer skills and forklift familiarity are preferred, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• General warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service and teamwork focus.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Organize printed orders for shipping.
• Pull parts orders.
• Replenish shelves as needed.
• Box and prepare orders for shipment.
• Double-check orders for accuracy.
• Handle small parcel and large stock shipments.
• Backorder components and notify supervisor as needed.
• Process orders in the WMS system.
• Ensure correct ship-to, ship-via and freight charges.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Load/unload trucks using forklift and by hand.
• Monitor inventory and accuracy.
• Learn and use company software for materials management.
