Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and carry up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license; an MVR may be run as part of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products, applying FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Picks inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products to warehouse areas or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete admin duties like inventory counts and logs in paper or digital systems.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety PPE policies.
• Ensure security of client and company assets.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests as required.
