Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our Latrobe, PA location on a Monday-Friday first shift. The role involves hands-on work with a sit-down forklift, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Pay rate is $21/hour with full-time 40 hours per week. Qualified candidates will have forklift certification and prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Fill orders and issue materials and supplies according to requests.
• Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and order information before shipping.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating a sit‑down forklift. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $21/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 6:30 AM-3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Safely operate material-handling equipment, including: Sit-down forklifts Pallet jacks Cherry pickers Walking riders Reach trucks EZGo carts Hand trucks and dollies
• Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and order information before shipping.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
