Job summary

Goodin Company in Eau Claire, WI is hiring Warehouse Associates to handle products and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. This role involves receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping using barcodes and forklift equipment in a mid-volume warehouse environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 100 lbs, have basic math skills, and ideally possess plumbing/ heating knowledge. The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for safety training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficient math skills to facilitate accurate and quick data assessment.
• Plumbing and/or heating knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. and stay on your feet.
• Certification or willingness to obtain certification for Powered Industrial Truck operation.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, verify, and stock all incoming product from vendors.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping, using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Ensure merchandise is safely packed and properly labeled for shipping.
• Keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Safely transport merchandise to the shipping bay and load trucks for delivery.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts) to move and organize inventory.
• Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Observe all safety policies and procedures.
