Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Experience with data entry and Excel/Word proficiency requested.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely computer data entry.
• Handle daily transactions under supervision of Office Manager.
• Prepare Excel-based reports and maintain office records.
• Filing, customer service tasks, and routine office duties.
• Printing and organizing daily paperwork for routes; process deposits and A/R/A/P tasks.
