Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification is a plus.
• 2+ years in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or logistics.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of ITAR is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Safely move materials to storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts.
• Prepare materials for outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or low-stock situations.
• Ensure materials are stored in designated locations and follow 5S and OSHA guidelines.
