Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on your feet for 50 hours a week and move 50+ cases.
• Ability to report up the chain of command as described in the posting.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in workstation and dining areas.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality and company policy per Employee Handbook.
• Support cross-training and ability to work all kitchen stations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workstation sanitation standards and cleanliness.
• Operate dish machine and ensure proper sanitation testing (ppm and temp).
• Assist in daily food prep, dishwashing, and waste removal.
• Report issues with personnel, service, or equipment to supervisor promptly.
• Provide friendly service to residents, guests, and coworkers, and follow cell phone policies.
