Job summary

Innvite Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and support hotel operations on site in Zanesville, Ohio. You will clean rooms within standard times, stock supplies, and relay maintenance needs to the Front Desk or GM.

Applicants should be able to read and follow safety policies, work independently with minimal supervision, and present a neat, professional appearance in uniform with name tag.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend posted policies and notices.
• Understand and follow hotel safety and emergency guidance.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English with supervisors and guests.

Responsibilities

• Stock cart and maintain in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Completely service guest rooms within 22 minutes according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, move furniture, clean floors and surfaces.
• Operate and maintain vacuum and cleaning equipment.
• Record room status on Housekeeping Assignment Sheet.
• Relay maintenance information to Front Desk or GM.
• Follow uniform and hygiene standards; adhere to handbook policies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
