Job summary

UW Medical Center-Northwest is seeking a Materials Handling Aide 2 (Temporary, Per Diem) in Seattle to stock and move supplies across nursing units, clinics, and other locations. You will use Zebra handhelds to pick orders, check expirations, and ensure proper storage and rotation of supplies.

Responsibilities include delivering materials with appropriate signature technologies, processing Workday transactions for cost allocation, and assisting with equipment rental management.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required.
• At least 6 months of supply chain experience preferred.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies and packages to nursing units, clinics, and other locations using signature technologies.
• Process issues and credits in Workday with proper cost allocation.
• Use handhelds, scanners, and software for inventory management.
• Manage rental equipment and verify charges.
• Answer calls and emails, responding to customer service requests.
