Job summary

Candidates should have at least a 9th grade education (GED acceptable), be at least 18 years old, and be prepared to complete forklift licensing. Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required, with basic math and inventory skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques is preferred.
• Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Move material in process from one station to another.
• Band, wrap, pack finished goods and label material.
• Move finished goods from production area to inventory/yard or warehouse.
• Assist production with bottlenecks and material needs.
• Provide general preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Complete pre-shift startup equipment checklist and report problems.
• Maintain organized inventory yard of rough material and finished goods.
• Maintain production records as required.
