Job summary

Xpedient Logistics in Shorewood, IL is seeking a warehouse team member to operate forklifts and perform general warehousing tasks. You will load/unload pallets, stage orders, and ensure accurate inventory processing in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work area, completing daily equipment inspections, and complying with OSHA standards. This role requires lifting 20–45 lb repeatedly and passing a forklift skills test.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of forklift and warehouse experience.
• Must pass Forklift Driving Skills test.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts to load/unload pallets.
• Move products to storage locations and prepare shipments.
• Pick and stage orders, ensure correct items and quantities.
• Keep records for inventory accuracy and report variances.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies.
