Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring a Courier to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route. You will check shipments for conformance to service features, label correctly, and report stops and misorts.

You will operate tracking systems, assist customers, and ensure safe, professional handling of packages and equipment. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in French and English if in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
• Ensure packages conform to FedEx Canada service features and proper labeling.
• Operate tracking and dispatch systems; report stop counts and missorts.
• Inform sales of leads and market changes.
• Maintain safe vehicle operation and professional appearance.
• Answer customer questions about services and Canada/US/International requirements.
• May load/unload aircraft or containers as workload dictates.
