Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) in Washington, DC seeks an Efficiency and Automation Analyst (EAA) - Senior to support a federal client in mission-critical operations. This is a full-time, senior-level role in Administrative and Logistics Support.

You will design and deploy automated workflows using low/no-code platforms and scripting tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze operational challenges, and produce documentation, reports, and deliverables to advance objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
