Qualifications

• 1-2 years of EFDA experience preferred.
• State certification in EFDA (requirements vary by state).
• Current state radiology certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is ready for the dentist.
• Assist the dentist chairside by handing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Perform coronal polishing to remove stains and apply fluoride treatments.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Take impressions and bite registrations so the right treatment can be prepared.
• Perform lab tasks as instructed.
• Take and update patient dental histories.
• Greet patients, schedule routine and follow-up appointments, and assist with payment procedures.
• Educate patients on recommended oral hygiene and clearly deliver post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle general clinic duties to keep the office running smoothly
