Job summary

The Center For Advanced Dentistry in Suwanee, GA is seeking a highly skilled EFDA Dental Assistant to join our well-established practice. This floater role includes front office support and travel to nearby sister locations as needed.

Requirements include EFDA with 2+ years chairside experience, CPR and Radiology certification, sedation dentistry experience, and the ability to travel within 20 miles of the practice. Competitive pay ($26-28/hr) and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience, with EFDA, sedation dentistry experience, CPR and Radiology certification.
• Must live within a 20-mile radius of practice.
• Willing and able to travel to nearby sister practice in Alpharetta.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols per regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with patients to address questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with dental team for coordinated patient care.
• Front office duties as assigned
