Qualifications

• EDDA/EFDA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Radiology and CPR certifications obtained within the required timeframe.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers clinically excellent dental care through education and quality treatment.
• Assists dentists and hygienists in quality diagnosis through X-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests as directed.
• Supports efficient operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, and posting patient charges accurately.
• Follows CDC and OSHA guidelines for safety and infection control.
• Completes clinical notes according to practice guidelines before dismissing the patient.
• Prepares treatment room by sterilizing and delivering instruments, positioning them for the dentist, suctioning, and passing instruments.
