Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with chairside proficiency across general dentistry and specialized fields.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and instrument processing techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix for patient records.
• Certification in dental X-ray technology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with restorations, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry using advanced techniques.
• Perform dental X-rays and operate imaging equipment with precision and safety.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, manage processing, and maintain infection control.
• Document medical histories and update patient information in EMR systems.
• Explain procedures and maintain patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow.
