EES Mechanical Field Supervisor (ESCO/Performance Contracting)

Job Summary:
PowerSecure is seeking qualified candidates for projects across the US. The Mechanical Field Supervisor will oversee Mechanical Project Installations such as Piping Replacements, Chillers, Boilers, Air Handlers, Pumps, VAV Boxes, etc., managing internal teams and subcontractors. Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or Trade School certification
• Valid Driver’s license
• Knowledge of Procore, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• 8+ years in pipefitting/mechanical trades, 3+ years in supervision
• Experience with scheduling, project budgeting, materials, and managing labor
• Skills in various pipe and fitment techniques, materials, and diameters
• Sheet metal ductwork experience
• Electrical and controls experience (a plus)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
• Willingness to travel as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage a team of up to 8 HVAC installers, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project completion.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate schedules with project teams and clients
• Develop weekly/monthly work schedules
• Maintain daily reports and safety briefings
• Mentor and develop team members
• Enforce safety policies and procedures

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, climb, kneel, and work in various weather conditions, including heights and around machinery.
