EEOC Counsel - Fully Remote (non-litigation role)

This range is provided by Larson Maddox. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We have exclusively partnered with an AM 100 global law firm looking to hire a completely remote Labor & Employment Counsel. You will be consulting fortune 500 companies on their EEOC Charges along with Administrative Hearings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment Law
  • Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
  • Experience at a AmLaw 100/AmLaw 200 Firm

Responsibilities:

  • Experience responding to administrative agency charges, ideally at both federal and state levels.
  • Direct experience responding to EEOC charges.
  • Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and/or mediations.
  • Fully Remote position
  • Flexible schedule with reduced billable hours of 1500
  • Unlimited PTO
