Job summary

Clark County is seeking a Senior Management Analyst (EEO Investigator) to conduct EEO investigations into workplace harassment and discrimination, including sexual harassment, and to evaluate ADA accommodation requests. The role also includes facilitating Fair Employment Law training for county employees.

The position is part of the Office of Diversity and will help establish an Open Competitive Eligibility list for short- and long-term vacancies.

Qualifications

• Education and four (4) years of full-time professional experience in performing administrative, budgetary, operational or similar analyses and studies.
• Experience in a public agency setting and project or programmatic lead experience is desirable.
• All qualifying education and each experience must be clearly documented in the Education and Work Experience sections of the application.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex and sensitive management and programmatic support to the County Manager, Board of Commissioners and/or a major department.
• Assists in developing goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for the department or program; coordinates budget development and administers expenditures.
• Develops and implements funding and staffing requirements; prepares grant and alternative funding requests; monitors activities and reporting requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration or related field
