Job Overview:
Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a qualified EEG Tech to join their team.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma
- Completion of an accredited EEG program
- Neuroanatomy course a plus
- AHA, BLS Certification required
- Certified/registered or eligible for certification/registration
- 1-3 years of hospital-related experience
Scheduling Requirements:
- Full-Time Days
- 36 hours/week
Essential Functions:
- Perform routine, sleep, portable, death determination, neonatal EEG recordings, and video-EEG/long-term epilepsy monitoring. Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics.
- Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
