Job Overview:

Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a qualified EEG Tech to join their team.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma
  • Completion of an accredited EEG program
  • Neuroanatomy course a plus
  • AHA, BLS Certification required
  • Certified/registered or eligible for certification/registration
  • 1-3 years of hospital-related experience

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Full-Time Days
  • 36 hours/week

Essential Functions:

  • Perform routine, sleep, portable, death determination, neonatal EEG recordings, and video-EEG/long-term epilepsy monitoring. Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics.
  • Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
