Inspire Early Education is hiring a Certified Toddler EEC Teacher for our West Quincy, MA location. This full-time role requires EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, and an emphasis on creating a warm, engaging classroom.

You will help children grow through play-based lessons, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with a supportive team in a joyful, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification is required.
• Experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children is required.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements is required.
