Role involves flexible coverage across Infant to School-Age classrooms, ensuring safe, nurturing environments while supporting teaching staff and maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible classroom support and coverage across the center based on daily staffing and program needs.
• Step into Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and/or School-Age classrooms adapting to developmental needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging environment and support teachers with daily routines, transitions, and activities.
• Observe and respond to children's individual needs and developmental stages.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing growth as an early childhood educator.

Education

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required; dual Infant Toddler and Preschool preferred
