MNF Global - Legal Recruiter seeks an EE/CS Patent Agent for San Francisco and other locations in a leading Intellectual Property law firm.

You will draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in electrical, computer engineering and software areas, applying strong technical and writing skills.

Competitive base salary ranges from $140,000 to $240,000, plus comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, bonuses, and generous workplace policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in electrical, and software-related technologies.
• Eligibility to practice before the USPTO.
• Strong academic credentials, writing ability, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in electrical, computer engineering and related technologies.
• Contribute to patent litigation and client counseling.
