MNF Global, a leading legal search firm, seeks a Patent Agent for its Phoenix location to draft and prosecute electrical and software patents, including AI/ML and 5G tech. You will work within a top Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of patent experience, a relevant engineering or physics degree, and USPTO eligibility. Expect ongoing professional growth and collaborative work with clients and inventors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in electrical and software-related technologies.
• Eligibility to practice before the USPTO.
