A well-established national law firm in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Patent Agent to handle a mix of patent preparation, prosecution, portfolio strategy and litigation support. The role includes drafting and prosecuting U.S.

patent applications across EE/CS technologies and collaborating with IP attorneys across offices. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of prep and prosecution experience in EE/CS, an advanced technical degree, and excellent writing and communication skills.

This position offers a broader mix of work than a traditional prosecution-only role, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio strategy, technical analysis, and support for patent litigation and other contested IP matters.

Anticipated Compensation
