Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer who can work remotely to serve educators across the US. You will receive mentorship from an experienced agent and gain hands‑on experience in a multi‑line product portfolio aimed at educators.

Expect performance incentives, bonuses, and the flexibility to work from anywhere while building your own book of business. Prior licenses or ability to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to educate clients.
• Self-motivation and ability to manage your own business.
• Licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to operate as an independent contractor (1099).
