Job summary

Horace Mann in California is seeking licensed insurance professionals to join our educator-focused agency. This role offers industry-competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package and ongoing earning incentives based on activity and production.

You will receive dedicated Premier Service Rep support, access to a multiline product portfolio, technology and training, and market-building programs to grow your agency serving educators.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an agency focusing on educators and financial solutions.
• Network, engage in community events, and grow the client base.
• Confidently deliver product information to groups and individuals.
