Job summary

Horace Mann is actively seeking independent agents to join our nationwide team. This role offers industry-competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives within the first 48 months.

You will receive support from a Premier Service Rep, access to a multiline product portfolio, technology, and ongoing training to grow your client base and Educator relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred; and
• Gain FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable in certain regions.
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills while building your agency.

Responsibilities

• Build your agency through market access and strong connections.
• Engage in networking, community, sales, and industry events.
• Deliver product information to groups and individuals and support educators.
